Does not work as advertised. Does not consistently communicate with my Bluetooth hearing aid receiver. Insufficient volume. Feedback squeal and static. Very low volume as microphone and loudspeaker. Can I have my money back?

Common sense there should obviously be a mic setting... Wasted money!
